Volleyball has the power to teach lessons that last a lifetime, and that's what drives Coach Crosdale. More than teaching skills and strategy, Coach is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, leadership, and a love for the game.
With years of coaching experience and an extensive leadership background, Coach Crosdale believes every player deserves an opportunity to grow in a positive, challenging, and encouraging environment. She designs her practices to develop strong fundamentals, high volleyball IQ, and a competitive mindset while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and accountability.
Coach Crosdale's mission is simple: develop athletes who compete with confidence, lead with integrity, and leave the court better people than when they stepped on it. Every player matters, every improvement is celebrated, and every season is an opportunity to grow together.
On a personal level, Coach Crosdale took last year off for extra dedicated family time after having her baby boy. She is excited to return to coaching club and is looking forward to an awesome season.
