Black Teams
Our highest level of competition, Black teams are built for athletes that are looking to compete on a national stage. These teams will participate in highly competitive, multi-day tournaments, including National Qualifiers and out-of-state events.
Athletes on Black teams are committed to a demanding schedule and understand that positions and game time must be earned through performance in practice and tournaments. Black teams will play in 10-12 events within USAV and AAU, including 3-4 USAV qualifying events, 4-5 USAV/AAU events, as well as AAU Nationals.
Teams will be registered for USAV's Junior Club Championship, which will be replaced with USAV Nationals for qualifying teams.

These teams will attend a mix of local and regional tournaments with select travel opportunities that offer strong competition. This level is ideal for athletes ready for a higher level of play but with a more manageable travel commitment than Black.
Athletes on Pink teams understand that positions and game time must be earned through performance in practice and tournaments. Pink teams will play in 8-10 events within USAV and AAU, including 1 USAV qualifying event and 7-9 USAV/AAU events. These teams will travel up to three times during the season.
AAU Nationals are an additional event, up to each individual team's discretion.
