Hi! My name is Stacia Dishman, also known as Coach Dishman or Coach D. With nine years of coaching experience, the last five years being at a local inner city high school, and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the court, I bring energy, leadership, and a deep love for the game to every practice and match. I played collegiate volleyball at Independence Community College, where I built the foundation for my coaching philosophy centered on teamwork, communication, and continuous growth.

I believe the best teams succeed by trusting one another and working towards a common goal. One of the more unique highlights of my journey is making an appearance on Netflix - a fun experience that always sparks conversation! I'm excited to help athletes grow their skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories through volleyball.
