I'm Cidney Woods, and I'm excited to share my love for volleyball with the next generation of athletes. I've been playing since 8th grade and competed through my senior year in high school. Through the sport, I've learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and hard work.

I'm currently earning my Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Healthy Lifestyles and Fitness Science) through Arizona State University.

My goal as a coach is to help every player build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the game while creating a positive and supportive team environment. I can't wait to  help each athlete grow - on and off the court.
